Empty Legs
Empty legs are flights which are scheduled to fly without passengers, usually back to the home base or to the next destination in preparation for next charter flight.
Empty flights are insufficient for aircraft operators to carry out, as they do not make profit from these journeys. If you get an empty leg in the same direction you need to fly, the savings can be significant.
